Position:  Field Service Manager (Full-time)

Days:  Monday – Friday

Hours:  * (30min Lunch)

Duties Include:  (But Not Limited To)

·         Directs and coordinates projects

·         Manages project progression

·         Supervises project personnel

·         Quotes projects

·         Organizes and authorizes purchases for projects

·         Settles disputes

·         Creates sales presentations

·         Gathers and verifies all information for billing

·         Walk jobs through and make bills of materials

·         Take service calls and place people accordingly

·         Reviews production and operating reports and resolves problems

·         Initiates personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, discharges, or disciplinary measures

·         Makes drawings when necessary

·         Assists engineering department as necessary

·         Performs other related duties as assigned

 

Experience:

·         10 Years Field Experience

·         Excellent Management Experience

·         Excellent Customer Service Skills

·         Excellent Reasoning Ability

·         Strong Communication Skills

·         Strong Sales and Marketing Skills

·         Strong Mathematical  & Computer Skills

 

Education:           Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent. Additional Training or Education is considered an asset.
